Gwen's sleep patterns

Something happened this week and the babies just don't want to nap that good. By the evening, all they want to do is whine. One day, Grandma brought Gwen to the couch. Much like her father she enjoyed sleeping on the couch.

Later in the week I did not know what to do. My kids did not care for the swing at all, but I decided to dig it out of the basement. I had to check the weight limit as I was not even sure they should still be in it.

Well, it did not put her to sleep, but it did stop the whining for 15 minutes while mommy and daddy pulled themselves together.

Grady's favorite food

Grady really likes to eat. His new favorite, the high chair...

Since taking this picture he has also taking a liking to the table. What to do, what to do......

Seven Months Old!!!

The babies are 7 months old. I cannot believe how big they are and how much I love them. This month they really did a great job sitting up. Grady only did one nose dive to the ground. Grady is rolling around like crazy. Gwen will roll from her tummy to her back and is really showing interest in moving further. We started eating more foods and sitting at the table for 2 meals a day. The high chairs are great. It gives us a little freedom too! They are not quite able to pick up their own food and put it in their mouth, but we are working on that. Both babies continue to enjoy the Jumparoo. The babies love to smile. If they meet someone new, they love to stare. If we go to a resaurant they are interested in everyone else, kinda like there dad. It leaves me with a pile of puffs to entertain myself. Mirrors are the toy of the month. They love to look in them and as always eat them. We tried to get Gwen to smile for the camera, but we had little luck....

Gwen's hair is so out of control so she has had to wear bows to tame it down.
