We got quite a surprise at our doctors appointment this week. We are not supposed to find out the genders of the babies until next Friday, but when I went for my cervical check, the doc did an ultrasound. Luckily Neal came to the appointment with me or else I would not have been able to find out. What is it...........boy/boy, boy/girl or girl/girl?
Boy/ Girl
We could not be happier. Let the spending begin. It is so hard not to buy the cute little outfits! I wish I was in more of a nesting mode. I will probably want to nest when my belly is so big I cannot stand up without toppling over.

Yoga
Since I have been inactive since becoming pregnant, unless you count laundry as exercise, I decided to sign up for prenatal yoga. I am not very flexible, so I can use some help. I figured it would be a joke. Leslie and I took a class a couple of years ago and after realizing how bad it sucked, we ending up using that scheduled time as time to meet at a bar and drink together. I found drinking just as relaxing as yoga. Unfortunately that is not an option at this point in my life.
My expectations for prenatal yoga were simply to meet some other preggers so my non-preggers friends did not have to hear me talk about being preggers. The class is typically from 6-7, however the first week was pushed back to 8PM! What? This is way past my bed time. I decided to suck it up and go. The first preggers that arrived said out loud, this is way too late for me. I knew I had found a new friend. We all discussed our pregnancies. Somehow I was the only lucky one to throw up many meals. Then we proceeded to the yoga room. I was glad I had prior yoga experience, as I needed it. It was a really good yoga session. I am glad I went. The only disturbing thing is the kegel exercises we all do at the end. It is very disturbing, sitting in a room with other women, knowing they are all doing kegel exercises. My guess is they were thinking that exact same thing. Dawn and I have talked about this at great lengths and do not want to lose our bladders, so I guess kegels are more important than we think!
All in all, it was a good experience and I am glad I went. Ask me again tomorrow when I am unable to walk.
