Halloween Costumes???

I figure this year we can make them whatever we want, since they cannot talk, the twins really have no say in their costumes. So what do you think...

Sit and Spin

My friend Suzy brought up the good old sit and spin, so I decided to bust it out of the basement. The babies do not quite get it yet, but they do love that it plays music. I attempted to demonstrate, but apparently I exceed the weight limit. Stupid toy, I need to invent an adult version, who would not want to sit and spin every once in a while?

Grady did not let Gwen play on the new toy long..........

He never quite figured it out, but he sure did enjoy it. I have taught him how to put his toys on it and spin them. I am assuming next he will be putting his sister on it and spinning her off of it!

Gwen is Walking!

She started out walking towards me and she took off! Yeah Gwen!

Wedding Anniversary

So as you already know, today was our 9 year wedding anniversary. Hard to believe two years ago we were celebrating (although I cannot remember what we did) and had ZERO children and wanted them so badly. Two years later we have 2 amazing kids. We spent the night out on Grandma and Grandpa Moustache's dime while Jen, Matt and Raegan watched the babies. Anniversaries are about memories. We have some memories that I will not pin on any one person, but you know who you are....

Someone drank water all day to sober up in time!

Someone danced like crazy and made sure their entire night was right in front of our videographer!

Someone who lost their shoes!

Someone's dad had a great night that we will never forget and had a great dance with his kids!

Someone danced on stage with their tie around their head to We Be Strokin'!

Someone who forgot to take family photos!

Someone who danced on stage with the band!

Someone had too much fun and threw up a Jaeger baby!

Someone helping out another friend after a rough night!

Someone stranded at the wedding!

Someone that should not have drove to the hotel and should have taken the party bus!

Someone that caught the bouquet and ended up dancing with a kid!

Someone who had a barbie doll?!?!?

Someone who a few days earlier almost took out a mailbox with the party bus! (believe it or not this was not me)

Someone who danced on the party bus just to get a beer!

Someone who forgot their veil at the hair salon and it was the end of the world!

Someone who cried during a speech!

Someone who brought a blow up sheep to a wedding!

Someone who ate Denny's after the wedding!

Someone who had the most amazing time with family and friends!

Someone who always comes through with the jello shots!

Someone's parents who subsidized what would be the most amazing night!

9 things I love about Neal

Since it is our 9th wedding anniversary I figured I would honor your daddy.

The 9 things I love about Neal

1) When I need a break, you are there (unless there is a blizzard

2) You make me less uptight (it is true, I am really uptight)

3) You do not like to cuddle in bed

4) You love to make me breakfast, although have been slacking lately!

5) You accept my family and our strange closeness

6) After 9 years you finally gave me a massage, wonder what will happen after 10?

7) Chinese food holidays and your insistence that they happen

8) The understanding that we will meet up later in bed, but once those kids go to bed we are able to go our separate ways whether it be the tv, surf the internet or whatever.

9) Your lack of knowing what time it is. Ok, let me be honest, sometimes this drives me crazy, but most of the time it is a good thing (see #2).

Apple Picking

We made our first trip out apple picking this year. Good thing Grandma was there, otherwise we would have no proof. The weather was perfect. After we got the apple started the babies really dug in. Next up applesauce.

My little artistes

Great Grandma got the babies a picnic table for their birthday. It started out rocky, but they got the hang of it.

Pacifiers are a necessity when coloring as the babies easily confuse the crayon for food, but their technique is amazing. Without further ado....

Gwen's masterpiece. Not bad for a first drawing.

Now I know what Grady was doing up late with daddy last night, watching Scream.

Grandma and Grandpa visit

We made a trip up to OSU to see the Buckeye Babies pictures again. Grandma and Grandpa wanted to see them up close and personal.

I don't want to be famous!

Hey Grandpa look over here, that is me on the wall!

Grady is always pointing!

Grandpa did you see the picture behind you, that is Grady and I.

How do you not laugh?

Another reason why I have to mop the floors so much...
