Trip to the zoo

It was a little colder than we anticipated. The kids loved the aquarium as we knew they would. Gwen even waved at the fish and the gorilla. Overall I think they enjoyed people watching the most. If I would have known that we would have passed on the $200 membership and just sat outside the gate on the benches. Apparently I bought their jackets a little too big, kinda reminds you of Christmas Story. Oh well, they don't know any different.

Night Night

Gwen gets so tired at night, sometimes we cannot keep her up past 7. If we are having a cranky night we watch some yo gaba gaba. Quite entertaining I must say. If she is awake when we put her in her crib she immediately opens her mouth for her sucky and is fast asleep within minutes. Here she is just resting her eyes as daddy carries her to bed

Lunch at Morone's

Grady was cheesing it up for the camera

Gwen's new face. She is saying O at everything. I showed her a new outfit that I got her (yes it has a tutu attached) and she looked at me and said O.

First trip to the park

We had our first almost 60 degree day, so I could not wait to take the kids to the park. This was going to convince daddy that we needed to buy the swing set we saw at Costco. Unfortunately my plan back fired. The park was a muddy mess to start with. We had to carry the stroller over snow mounds and through puddles. When we finally did get to the swings Grady was indifferent and Gwen was staring at the other people. So instead of a swing set, we need to buy some people to hang out in our backyard and talk. That is probably going to be more costly. Oh well, at least we got a chance to try out our new side by side stroller.

Babies in boxes

Can you tell we like putting our kids in boxes? Luckily I ordered a ton of diapers online so we got the biggest box yet. We even convinced Aunt Stacy to climb in. The good news is she did fit, the bad news is I did not get a picture.

Frozen Pears

The babies love eating frozen pears out of the net things we bought. It must soothe their gums. When they are eating, it usually gets quiet and all you hear is them sucking.
