Easter

Worthington had their Easter Party this weekend. The kids had a blast. They even sat on the Easter Bunny's lap without hesitation!




They came home with easter baskets full of prizes and candy.

Gwen wanted to give the Easter Bunny a kiss!

They both love characters so much, I cannot wait until we get to Disney.

Dentist

We had our first trip to the dentist this week. The kids did great. Gwen sat all by herself and got her teeth polished and flossed! She held Daddy's hand the whole time.

Grady was a little more hesitant so I had him sit on my lap. He got his teeth polished.

After the appointment they got prizes! Their favorite prize was the lip chaps (aka chapstick). After they showed us their sparkling teeth!

Cleveland

The kids and I took a road trip to Cleveland for an overnight visit. All in all the trip was a success. I do not think they did any permenant damage to Papa's house.

Sledding Time

Since it has barely snowed this winter, Grandma gave indoor sled rides!

1 on 1

We decided to have some 1 on 1 time with the kids this weekend. Everyone had a great time! Neal took Gwen to get her nails and hair done on Saturday. Gwen loved it! She is quite the girly girl.

After the salon they had lunch with Dave and Addie and played in the mall.

Meanwhile Grady and I went to Cosi. As seems to be the norm lately, he did not want to part with his coat. After Cosi we went to Spaghetti Warehouse to eat in the trolley car.

Grady passed out as soon as I put the car in drive.

Sunday, Daddy and Papa took Grady to a swap meet.

He scored some cool new trucks.

Gwen and I visited Grandma and did some shopping. We had a great time together!

Bikes

Gwen loves to ride her bike. Yesterday on a beautiful day, she rode it all the way around the block. Grady started on the bike, but switched to his favorite school bus. He seems to not have the strength to pedal. I am sure he will be riding around by the end of the summer!

Stopping to pick the only weed, I mean flower, left in the neighborhood.

The kids have not been napping in their beds lately. I think Gwen would, but Grady just cannot sit still. He plays with the humidifier, they opened the closet and took all of their clothes off of hangers, he slides his bed closer to Gwen's, they have tried to pile blankets and pillows so that they can look outside....you name it they have tried it. This week they are sick, so they have been passing out exhausted on the couch.
