Gwen made another poo poo on the potty!

Laying in bed with mommy before bed, catching up on some tv.

This crocodile had no chance! Crikey!

Tickling mommy!

Road to paradise!

Mommy is slowly turning into a lobster.

Thank you Grandma and Grandpa for watching the kids while we took off to Florida.

Yard work was much easier after vacation with 2 tiny helpers.

Snack time!

Trip to Cosi, sadly this is the only photo I have.

Grady's new golf cart. He pushed it all over the yard, even through the sprinkler.

Gwen organizing her furniture on the front porch of her house. The sprinkler is hitting her in the back!

Grady soaking wet and loving it.

Visit with Papa

Grady, Gwen and I decided to take a road trip to Papa's. We got to spend a lot of quality time with Grandma and Papa. The kids did great. As my dad said they are either 100% or asleep, there is not much in between. They did great in the car. At night time, Gwen pretty much crawled in her tent, begging to go to sleep and Grady let out a cry or two and passed out. To be honest, we were all exhausted by the end of the day. I was a little nervous taking a trip by myself with the twins, but Grandma and Papa helped out a lot. We had a jam packed 48 hours including a few parks, multiple meals out, the zoo and the Memphis Kiddie Park.

Having a snack at Papa's

Grady loved looking out Papa's window at birds, lawn mowers and motorcycles.

Train ride! Gwen was there, my arm just could not reach far enough to get her!

Grady is a little unsure of this train.

We did not even make it out of the zoo parking lot and Grady was already passed out.

Grady and Gwen ran into their friend Gina at the Memphis Kiddie Park, small world.

Grady waving to Grandma and Papa from the plane.

Gwen was not too sure about the car ride, I think she was willing to jump for her life.

The boat ride was a hit, Grady even went on again by himself.

Gina and Grady handing on for their lives!

Gwen and Papa taking a break at the park.

Sand, yes please!

I am not sure who had more fun, Grady or Papa?

Grady is a little unsure of having another woman this close. By the end they were holding hands and kissing each other good bye.

Grady really enjoyed his spaghetti dinner. After figuring out the penne noodle fit perfectly on his finger, there was no more food entering his belly!

Thank you Papa for letting us stay at your place! We had a wonderful time and cannot wait to do it again. Now I must go to sleep to recover!

Pretty painted toe nails! Don't ask....

BAD!!! Put those cushions back on the couch and sit down!

Road trip to Cleveland. So far so good. Only 9 more days with your pacifier.

Playing in our tents with hopes that we will sleep good at Papa's.

Strawberries at Papa's.

One thing I did not capture (you will be happy) is Gwen's first poop on the potty! It was an exciting day.

Slide time

Finally my mom bought me a good bubble machine!

My kitchen now has 2 pairs of eyes staring at me while I cook.

Happy Birthday Grandma! We will celebrate by acting like animals in the restaurant. I think their gift really is to be good 364 days a year with Grandma's birthday being the exception.

Good old Ohio weather, last week 50s and rain, this week mid 80s. Grady pretty much used a bucket to dump all of the water onto himself.

Photo Friday

Ok, I am a day late.... I take a lot of pictures with my cell phone because I do not want to lug around the big camera. I read another blog that shares these weekly and decided to steal the idea.

When we are having a snack before bed time I tell the kiddos to sit in their chairs and watch tv. It lasts about 5 minutes.

Easter

Some would say Gwen and Grady were a little spoiled this Easter. They got to attend four Easter Egg hunts, including one at home. By the last one they started to get the picture. The first one went so fast, we were just glad they bent over and picked up an egg. Daddy decided to practice with them after that, but forgot to put something in the eggs. When we got to the second hunt in our neighborhood, Grady was ready. He knew exactly what to do. He ran for the first egg, picked it up then stood there looking at it and shaking it trying to figure out what was inside. Meanwhile his sister picked up ten eggs rather quickly, then dumped her basket of eggs back on the ground. By egg hunt three Grady really knew what he was doing and Gwen did her typical fill and dump routine more than once. They ended up getting six baskets a piece this year. Enough chocolate to ruin Mommy's weight loss.

An attempt at a group shot.

Attempt gone bad....

Gwen smiling on a chocolate high.

Say cheese!

Everyone needs some milk after all that chocolate.

Gwen walked around with her chocolate in her mouth a while, she was tired of holding it.

Grady was very happy Easter Sunday.
