More!

The babies sign more like crazy. Sometimes they actually want more of something, sometimes they do not know what they want. We found one thing that they really want more of.....Halloween candy!

Boo at the Zoo

Unfortunately I forgot my camera, but I did snap one picture with my phone of Grady on the way out.

Poor guy was totally exhausted.

Glow Worm

The babies have figured out how to turn on their glow worm. Sometimes Grady will sit in his crib and constantly hit the glow worm with one little finger. After 20 minutes of listening to it the other night I had to run in and snap a picture.

15 months!

Ok so I am behind in posting. A couple of weeks ago we had our 15 month check up. The babies handled it pretty well. The shots get better every time.

FIFTEEN MONTH STATS
Gwendolyn
Weight 20 pounds 10%
Height 30" 25%
Head 44.5 20%

Grady
Weight 19 pounds 7 ounces 3%
Height 29.75" 10%
Head - 46 25%

ONE YEAR STATS
Gwendolyn
Weight 19 pounds 6 ounces 20%
Height 28" 10%
Head - I am a bad mom, I accidentally threw the paper out!

Grady
Weight 18 pounds 11 ounces 3%
Height 28" 3%
Head - I am a bad mom, I accidentally threw the paper out!

The babies are eating a variety of things. Their favorite remains fruit. They really are a blast right now. Grady has been known to tackle Gwen and is not a big fan of sharing. Gwen on the other hand uses her teeth as defense. Unfortunately my mom and I have also been her victim. Gwen is already the woman in the bunch and willingly cleans up. They are kissing one another and giving high fives. Neal taught them how to get pumped up on game days. They have their own idea on how to dance and how to jump. Overall they are really great babies.

Holding the cup with one thumb!

Our little Browns cheerleader.
Our schedule is getting better
7:00-7:15 - wake up
7:30 - breakfast
9:30-10:00 - nap
11:30 - snack
12:45 - lunch
3:00 - nap
6:00 - dinner
8:00 - bed
Once the time change hits we will be back with early mornings. It took us over a month to get them to not only stay up until 8, but to sleep in until 7. They can now tell me what a monkey says. I can ask them who wants to ________ and they raise their hands real high. Grady is so attached to Gwen. I am so attached to both of them!

Gwen's 1st Haircut!

It was time. I probably waited too long. She was sporting a short in the front, long in the back cut. We found a great salon that did a first haircut for free complete with before and after pics and they will be sending me a video of it as well! Gwen was a complete 180 from Grady. She sat still, did not cry or jerk away. She did fantastic.

Grady sat nicely with Grandma and waited. I am pretty sure he was thinking "better her than me".

Before (please note I typically put a clip in her hair so she is not eating it all day, although she would probably like that)

After
I foresee pedicures, manicures and massages in our future!

Yo Gabba Gabba the Kothe addition

Yo Gabba Gabba has become a staple in our house and more importantly our car. If I could write an episode geared toward Grady and Gwen it would look a little like this:

1) Don't don't don't bite your brother.

2) It's fun to tackle your sister.

3) There's a party in my pants, so disgusting, so disgusting.

4) Share time, share time, time to share, time to share.

5) Don't don't don't drink the bath water.

6) It is impossible to hold stilllllllllllllllllll trip, trip, trip.

7) It's fun to eat my crayons (you could also insert leaf, paper, foot, pretty much any non-food item they have access to).

8) It's fun to eat off of mommy's plate.

9) Trippy, trip, trip, trip, trip.

10) It's fun to feed the dogs.

Happy 3rd Birthday C!

C turns the big 3 today. He had a great party this weekend. I could not pass up this personalized superhero cape when I heard about it from Wendy. What a cutie!

Happy Birthday C!
